Harichand Pasta Masala is a blend of spices used to enhance the flavour of pasta dishes. Here's how you can use Pasta Masala in an Indian recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 250g pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 2 large tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Harichand Pasta Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions:

  1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions until it's al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Sauté until they turn golden brown.

  3. Add garlic paste and sauté for a minute or two until the raw smell goes away.

  4. Add tomato puree, red chili powder, Harichand Pasta Masala, and salt to taste. Mix well and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.

  5. Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and toss well until the pasta is coated with the masala mixture.

  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
