Ingredients:
- 250 grams paneer, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Harichand Kadhai Paneer masala
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:

Heat oil in a kadhai or a heavy-bottomed pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.

Add coriander powder, cumin powder, Harichand Kadhai paneer masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the bell peppers and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add paneer cubes and mix gently.

Cover the kadhai with a lid and cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat.

Open the lid, mix gently and cook for another 2-3 minutes on medium heat until the gravy thickens.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
