Ingredients:
- 250 grams of okra (bhindi)
- 2-3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds (jeera)
- 1/2 teaspoon of fennel seeds (saunf)
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder (haldi)
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder (dhania)
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder (jeera powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder (lal mirch)
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 tablespoons of gram flour (besan)
- 1/4 teaspoon of amchur powder (dried mango powder)
